What we are looking for

Abacum is looking to hire an FPA Ops Analyst, reporting direct;y to our FPA Ops Director that will help to expand Abacum's revenue by modeling financial and operational models from our customers. You will work hand-in-hand with our Project Leads, Tech, and Product teams with the goal to provide a seven-star service to our clients.

What you will be doing

  • Support our customers by providing FP&A services
  • Develop financial models in our back-office
  • Identify process and operational improvements to relieve operational bottlenecks, standardisation of tools/templates, etc.
  • Manage small and medium-sized projects independently, following all requirements of the project life cycle and methodology
  • Reliability and quality of data, deliverables, and reports
  • Ad-hoc business performance reporting

What skills and experience you need

  • Highly skilled with excel and databases, and if possible some knowledge of SQL and Python
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders (senior/junior, tech/non-tech)
  • Strong business/commercial acumen
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a hardworking enthusiasm
  • Previous SaaS or Marketplace experience a plus
  • Degree in Business, Economics or Engineering
